Remember, there is always someone faster. Keep this in my mind when you're having a bad day --- you still faster that a previous version of yourself and all those people who never get out of bed. On good days, stay humble and focused --- there are plenty of people who can fly past you.

Just remember that there is always someone faster than you. And keep this in mind. If you're having a bad day, if you feel slow, if you feel like things aren't going well. Just remember that if you compare yourself to an older version of yourself, a previous version of yourself a version of yourself in the fat and the past, you're faster, you're better than that person. Keep that in mind. Also, keep in mind all the people that you're faster than that they don't train like you. And at the same time, whenever you're feeling really good about yourself or things are going great, and then someone smokes past you on the trail. Just don't forget that even in those moments they humble because there's always someone that's bash with you. The most important thing is to focus on getting a little bit better every single day and measuring yourself against a version of you in the past.
